1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date for most items. To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Be free of damage (unless defective upon delivery).
Products damaged after installation are not eligible for return. Returns sent outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance items
- Custom orders
- Products damaged after installation

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- You will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
- Package the item securely and drop it off with the designated carrier.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Urbanluxex LLC will cover return shipping fees for all eligible returns.
5. Refund Processing and Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, and you’ll be notified by email once the refund has been completed.
Please note:
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Any restocking fees (if applicable) will be disclosed prior to processing.
6. Exchanges and Replacements
We offer exchanges and replacements only for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us with photos of the damaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery.
- Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
